Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using predictive analytics and trend modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities for strategic investment
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies including quantum AI and bio-integrated systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry innovators
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on 2026 technology paradigms
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen solutions with potential $100M+ market impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFP) or equivalent professional designation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term technology strategy implementation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
