Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Remote Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) through daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct and participate in rigorous code reviews.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, security, and user experience (UX).
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product stability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Language: Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for remote collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Technology Stack: Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and modern cloud services (AWS/GCP).
