- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum hardware manufacturers

- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals
- Translate theoretical quantum models into practical commercial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE preferred)
