Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists and engineers in prototyping next-gen quantum processors
- Establish performance benchmarks and validation protocols for quantum supremacy
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum solutions in real-world scenarios
- Drive patent development for novel quantum gate designs and cooling mechanisms
- Present breakthrough research at premier quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in superconducting qubit systems and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing and gate-based models
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
