Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for 2026-era workloads
- Lead R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization and error correction
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize quantum machine learning algorithms
- Define quantum security protocols post-Shor's algorithm era
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in next-generation quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated experience with quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
