- Lead a matrix of 15+ specialists across R&D, product, and engineering domains
- Secure $5M+ in annual funding through stakeholder alignment and ROI modeling
- Establish patent frameworks for novel neural-network compression techniques
- Drive cross-organizational adoption of decentralized compute infrastructure
- Mentor senior talent in emerging tech ethics and governance frameworks
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in quantum/AI convergence
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated innovation impact
- Proven track record of scaling projects from prototype to global deployment
- Expertise in federated learning architectures and zero-trust protocols
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier
- Active contributor to IEEE quantum computing standards committees
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum circuit modeling (Qiskit)
- Certification in emerging tech governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF)
