Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 18-month deployment horizons
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and their competitive implications through predictive modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research labs and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation management within tech sector
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on future tech trends
