Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investor groups
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor and report on competitive landscape shifts and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of successful innovation projects with measurable impact
