Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and 2030 sustainability goals
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
