Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-backed insights

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
