- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Drive innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners in healthcare and energy sectors
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES)
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging tech ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Security clearance or ability to obtain Tier 3 clearance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
