Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth research on disruptive technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Biotech) to assess feasibility and potential impact on business operations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate concepts that align with the long-term strategic vision.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
- Monitor global technology landscapes to identify risks and opportunities for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or senior engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear strategies.
