Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026
- Design and validate prototyping frameworks for next-gen human-AI symbiotic systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity preparation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futuristics with 7+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record leading technology commercialization from concept to market
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
