- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure $10M+ in funding for breakthrough projects through investor presentations
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 15+ specialists
- Establish partnerships with academia and industry leaders for R&D collaboration
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business cases for stakeholders
- Drive sustainability initiatives in product development and operational processes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and financial modeling capabilities
