Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough technologies in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and market disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio including budget allocation, resource allocation, and risk assessment
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping within the organization
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and integrate cutting-edge startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in corporate innovation, R&D leadership, or venture strategy
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT)
