Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences for Web4.0 ecosystems
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities in sustainable tech and neural interfaces
- Architect scalable frameworks for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and metaverse infrastructure
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Drive open-source contributions to emerging standards for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging tech strategy with proven track record in quantum/AI/metaverse domains
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Strong background in Web3.0 technologies and decentralized systems architecture
- Certification in Sustainable Innovation or Circular Economy frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ innovation budgets and lead global R&D initiatives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech innovation journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred) and blockchain protocols
