Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies with global impact potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling 2026-forward solutions
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present findings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for proprietary methodologies and technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in R&D or strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 or VC-backed startups
- Proven track record of launching at least one breakthrough technology
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation or technology journals
- Strong network connections with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, or similar institutions
