Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect scalable frameworks for digital transformation in regulated industries
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Manage patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy for emerging innovations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
