Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-era digital transformation roadmaps across IoT, AI, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional squads of engineers, designers, and data scientists to pioneer next-gen products
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year market potential
- Develop patentable innovation frameworks that position QuantumLeap as industry disruptor
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 tech pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry conferences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Solidity preferred)
