- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess market opportunities for 2026+
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members
- Mentor a team of 15+ innovation specialists and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership, with 5+ in strategic futures planning
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (quantum/AI experience preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network of industry leaders and academic researchers
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (preferred)
