Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-focused innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology prototypes
- Secure strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with quarterly ROI analysis and pivots
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through FutureWorks' incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar-tier journals
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global teams
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for international partnerships
