Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and venture labs
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Experience building innovation labs or R&D incubators
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/MS/PhD preferred)
- Strong financial modeling for tech investment decisions
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
