Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI and quantum computing applications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business strategy
- Manage a $15M+ annual innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and researchers
- Present findings to stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published research in top-tier journals or conferences
- Experience with federal grant applications and policy advocacy
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
