Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap spanning AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional pods to prototype, test, and launch breakthrough products with $10M+ market potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA to access emerging research
- Secure 5+ patents annually while maintaining a 30% YoY innovation portfolio growth
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and Board of Directors for $200M+ investment decisions
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab, fostering agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts to preemptively adapt innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 8+ years in leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies
- Proven track record of launching products generating $50M+ in annual revenue
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics preferred
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional stakeholder management with experience in C-suite negotiations
- Prior experience securing $100M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
