- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in and resources for high-impact initiatives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integrated systems)
- Mentor innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Present compelling innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two transformative tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, or nanotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
