Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy aligned with market trends and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Mentor talent in future-proofing methodologies and agile innovation frameworks
- Manage R&D budget allocation for 2026 pilot programs
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout emerging technologies and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation/strategy roles with 5+ years in tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging technologies (generative AI, blockchain, spatial computing)
- Certification in futures forecasting or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling agile teams in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level communications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (MS/MBA preferred)
