Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Sustainable Systems with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized deep-tech products
- Expertise in federated learning, quantum-resistant cryptography, or carbon-negative tech
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Experience securing DARPA/EPA grants or equivalent funding
- Certification in ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
