Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping and validating cutting-edge technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for next-gen solutions
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFIP) a plus
