Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen solutions
- Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities aligned with 2026 industry shifts
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation through pilot implementation with $5M+ budget authority
- Collaborate with venture partners to secure strategic investments in emerging technologies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board for strategic alignment
- Establish KPIs for measuring pre-2026 technological readiness and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-vision projects or patents
- Strong network within venture capital and tech innovation ecosystems
