Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure communication systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year market disruption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
