- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs

- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation leadership with 5+ years at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies post-2020
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, AGI development, synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning with $100M+ budget experience
