Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-digital interfaces
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certified in Innovation Management (CEIM) or equivalent
