Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture for the '2026 Horizon' project, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Design and implement advanced neural networks capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature sets for our upcoming 2026 release cycle.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and compliance in future deployments.
- Review code and architecture proposals to ensure high standards of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning research and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
