- Emerging Tech Integration: Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures capable of handling future demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to translate vision into executable technical plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and board members with clarity and confidence.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab focused on prototype development for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Strategic Foresight: 10+ years of experience in engineering or technology leadership, with a proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps.
- Tech Stack Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, large-scale problems.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing high-performing engineering teams and driving cultural change.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
