- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with tech incubators and academic research institutions
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in senior technology strategy or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy)
