Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 5 to 500+
- Deep expertise in blockchain 4.0 and decentralized AI
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global partnerships
- Patents in at least two emerging technology domains
