Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of leading quantum/AI projects with commercial impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
