Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for human augmentation and ambient intelligence systems
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with policy experts to shape regulatory standards for emerging technologies
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-positive tech solutions
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in agile development of prototype systems
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of deploying cutting-edge AI/ML systems at scale
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and error correction methodologies
- Deep understanding of neurotechnology interfaces and biocompatible materials
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
