Responsibilities
- Forecast technology adoption trajectories for 2026 across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-readiness
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces for industry forums
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential acquisition/partnership
- Represent InnovateFuture at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or emerging technology field
- 5+ years experience in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Proficiency in horizon-scanning tools and predictive modeling frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Track record of influencing multi-billion-dollar product roadmaps
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year tech predictions
