Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AR/VR convergence, or climate tech
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic projects deployed to market
