Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Design and execute innovation sprints prototyping future technologies and business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging 2026+ technology paradigms
- Mentor junior innovation teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, APF) highly valued
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
