Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly Future State Reports identifying disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) and their commercial implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated market shifts and regulatory changes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and emerging tech startups
- Design and execute organizational change initiatives to prepare for post-2025 workforce transformations
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain a dynamic knowledge repository of emerging risks and opportunities across global markets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (Web4.0, climate tech, neuro interfaces)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD, CFP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis tools and predictive modeling platforms
