Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive trends through 2030
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Impact' strategic framework
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, bio-integration, and AI ethics
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advise executive team on regulatory implications of emerging technologies
- Build and lead global futurist network with academic and industry partners
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record publishing future-focused frameworks or white papers
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate modeling, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with visualization expertise
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future scenario planning projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
