Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate adaptation, quantum computing) to map 2026 business implications
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for industry disruption post-2025
- Design immersive future-state workshops for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready products/services
- Author strategic whitepapers published in Future Economy Journal
- Partner with R&D to integrate 2026 foresight into innovation pipelines
- Present findings at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning
- Proven track record in developing long-term scenario models
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity analysis
- Published thought leadership on 2020s economic transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Strong background in at least one disruptive technology domain
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating abstract futures
