Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, sustainability, and quantum computing to forecast 2026 market dynamics
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly foresight reports and horizon scanning briefings
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for leadership teams
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and their impact on technological adoption and business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D with proven future-intelligence projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Demonstrated success in translating complex futures insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (required)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
