Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 7+ years in strategic foresight at top-tier tech/consulting firms
- Published research on AI alignment or climate-tech forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Proven track record influencing policy at national/international level
- Proficiency in Python for trend modeling and data visualization
- Certification in Global Business Network's Futures methodology
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful 10-year horizon projects
