Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop predictive models forecasting societal adoption patterns for breakthrough innovations
- Design and lead cross-functional workshops mapping future scenarios and strategic implications
- Author forward-looking white papers and executive briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight findings into product development roadmaps and investment strategies
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive leadership and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend extrapolation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex future concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting platforms
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic implications of tech disruption
