Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast scenarios for 2026-2030
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational priorities with future market opportunities
- Produce scenario-based strategic recommendations for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes to identify competitive advantages
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or technology forecasting
