Responsibilities

- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate breakthrough discoveries
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for global technological disruptions
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
