Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and consumer behavior patterns to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for emerging technologies (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with R&D to validate prototype concepts against future market viability
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting 2026 innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year predictive models with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Publication record in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
